What would be the difference between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, if they were this season without their top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi?

According to calculations made by Marca, Real would today have 12 points more and would be on the verge of the title.

In Madrid daily magazine they just threw all league goals this season which achieve the Portuguese (24) and Argentinian (23). It turned out that Ronaldo’s impact on Real Madrid results is much smaller than Messi at Barca.

Without Ronaldo’s goals would, in fact, Mourinho’s team stayed without victory only against Valencia in the 13th round.

On the other hand, without Messi’s goals, FC Barcelona would instead of three points, winning only one against Real Sociedad, Malaga and Betis, and against Athletic Bilbao they wouldn’t win any point because that match ended draw.. Guardiola’s team would, therefore, in this case had 41 points, which means 12 less than biggest rivals.

This whole story is, of course, in the sphere of ‘what if it would be’, but it is interesting to see once again how important Messi is in play of the current European and World champions.

Two times already this season, met FC Barcelona and Valencia, on both occasions, the game ended a draw. In both cases they played at Mestalla, and today is the first time in the season they will play match at Camp Nou. The stakes are also now the largest, because it is a cup final.

After three games without a win, Barca are back this weekend to winning habits. They overwhelmed Real Sociedad 2-1, and on list of shooters is enrolled and Lionel Messi. It is an unwritten rule that when a small Argentinian scores, Barcelona wins.

Immediately after completion of league commitments, in Barcelona on Monday started preparations for the Cup semifinals. At this training has not participated Messi who has worked in the hall by a separate program, although he is not injured. Training, because of a easier knee injury, skip Sergio Busquets, but Andres Iniesta and Pedro Rodriguez participated on training. However, it is certain that the Iniesta and Pedro, along with Busquets will skip tonight’s game. Already have been out of the machine and Villa, Pedro and Afellay. Situation with Chile’s Alexis Sanchez getting better and he could be found among the first 11 for a collision with Valencia.

Valencia has played this weekend at the Vicente Calderon 0-0 against Atletico Madrid, but they are aware that against FC Barcelona will be necessary to show even more. Many experts on the eve of their meeting with Barcelona say that for the celebration against Catalans must match several factors, primarily to play almost perfectly, and the other thing is to hope that Barca will not be at its usual level.

Basque coach today can count on two returnees, Feghouli and Ricardo Costa, who in the last round did the suspension, but remains outside of the machine Maduro and Sergio Canales.

Prediction:

-FC Barcelona win with two or more goal difference…

-More than three goals

Besides the well-known rivalry between Manchester United and Liverpool, match of 25th Premiership round between these two rival causes special attention because of the relationship between Luis Suarez and Patrice Evra…

Liverpool footballer Luis Suarez is coming at Old Trafford, and all eagerly await what kind of reaction it would cause among local fans after Suarez did a fine of not playing eight games because of racist insults Patrice Evra.

“I know at this game will be a fierce tension. I know that I have to mentally prepare for this match, more than physically,” said the Uruguayan before the meeting.

Suarez is aware and he expect provocations, but believes that he is ready for anything: “It is normal to expect that supporters of Manchester United will attempt to provoke me. They will do everything in their power. All is a question of myself. But I think I have a long penance to then quickly made a new folly. I must remain calm and focused solely on the game, ” – he concluded.

Manager of Olympique Lyon, Remi Garde, clearly said that he believes Wenger would be good as national team manager. He thinks that he would be best solution after this summer expires Laurent Blanc contract…

After Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine, current contract with Laurent Blanc will be finished and president of French Football Federation said that most important thing for extending contract with Laurent Blanc will be result on Euro 2012…

But some managers, like Remi Garde said their opinion: “Arsene Wenger on the national team bench? I think that place would perfectly suit him.”

“He has excellent knowledge of European soccer, but also monitors a lot developments in the world. Also, it is highly versed in the events in the French league.”

“It would certainly be an interesting option if the federation does not extend cooperation with Blanc or if he resign. He is known name in soccer World”

It’s very windy in these days at the island. Saga about taking captains band from John Terry continues, even Sir Alex Ferguson said his opinion about this case, he thinks that FA must listen to Fabio Capello because he is the most important person in national squad…

Manchester United manager warned the English Football Association that Fabio Capello should continue to be a person who makes major decisions regarding the national team. Remember, after the FA at the end of last week at an emergency meeting under the pressure of politics, media and the public without the Fabio Capello consent made decision to take away the ‘Gordy Albion’ captain’s band from Terry.

Capello from vacation in Italy said he disagreed with the move and entered into conflict with leaders of the FA. In the next few days the FA chairman David Bernstein’s plans to hold a meeting with Capello in order to placate the situation, and full support to the attitude of the coach offered and United manager, Alex Ferguson.

“We all have right on our own opinion, and mine is in accordance with Capello. The FA have to smooth things with the manager because he is the most important person in the team. Without any doubt he is the one who makes major decisions and the gentlemen at the top of FA organization must understand that.” – clearly said Ferguson, whose opinion is highly valued in English soccer.

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has said via Twitter that the Liverpool striker Luis Suarez instead of yellow should get a red card in a duel with Tottenham…

In the second half of the encounter between Liverpool and Tottenham, Suarez played a second time after worked eight games of suspension, and in the second half for kicking the Spurs midfielder Scott Parker he got a yellow card. Rooney believes that the referee Michael Oliver should apply a stricter sanction in this case.

“If the referee saw well what was happened, he had to show the red card to Suarez. To all who call upon me, because of the aggressive game I say that I didn’t only got one yellow card in the season like some” – Rooney wrote on Twitter, and commented for Sky Sports agreed with that assessment and his former teammate Gary Neville.

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish, the journalists were asked to comment on comments of Rooney and Neville, and Scottish coach was a little provoked by the question.

“Why can not you answer when you are all on Twitter? I have no idea who wrote what, so I can not comment on what I didn’t saw. I’ll call on the 5th amendment, I will talk with them when I see them” – replied Dalglish.
