Although Emery’s players started the game better but they received Fabregas’s chip goal in the sixteen’s minute. Barca controlled the game and they had many chances which Messi and Fabregas wasted them. Valencia started the second half better and made many goal opportunities but Pinto was a great obstacle there and never let them to draw the game. At last after Guardiola’s players were forced by several corners, Xavi completed a counter-attack in 81’ minute which started by Alexis and Cesc.

Pep was pleased by his players and he started his press conference with giving his general view about the match. “We were very good except the first few minutes but after that we took the game and we used the spaces” Pep said at press conference.

Pep was not shy to talk about his young players, “Taylor was really good. He played like Leo and attracted people. Of course he is too young.” Guardiola added.

But in the other side, Emery regretted that they did not have enough concentration to use their moments. “We had more chances in the first half. After that we had to take the risks and like the other open games we did not have success” Emery said to the media.

However, he was satisfied with what his players did. “Until the 75’ minute we were better and we had chances but we needed to hit, that’s it we needed to hit” he added.
